Title and ownership of the purchased goods transfers to customers only after the carrier completes successful delivery of the package to the shipping address provided in the order. Risk of loss, damage or theft of goods transfers to customers at the time of delivery confirmed by carrier tracking records, as described in our Shipping Policy. Before delivery, we hold ownership and risk of the products. All goods are shipped under the terms of our Shipping Policy, with 1-3 business day processing time, estimated six to twelve business day transit time, global free shipping and all duties covered by us.

Customers can apply for return and refund within the sixty-day return window following the rules of our Refund Policy. Returned goods must meet the return eligibility conditions. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method, with five to ten business days processing time after warehouse inspection approval. We are not obligated to accept returns beyond the sixty-day return period, or for products that do not satisfy return requirements.

Customers agree to use the purchased products in accordance with product instructions and safety guidance. Customers shall not resell, redistribute, export or re-export the purchased products in violation of applicable trade laws. Any unauthorized commercial resale of our products is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse orders to customers who we suspect purchase goods for resale business.
